Child Development
In this video we will talk about the importance of Function, Family, Fitness, Fun, Friends, and Future for your child’s development. Ways to include your child’s strengths and interests will be shared.

This video focuses on supporting kids to become independent eaters. Tips on supporting increased variety of foods in the child’s diet will be discussed. Sleep
