Join the LIFE Program and stay active with Workout & Boccia Group! Designed for youth ages 10-20 of all ability levels, this group offers a supportive environment with 3:1 ratio of participant to recreational support worker. Activities include stretching, aerobics, cardio, strength exercises and ends with a friendly game of boccia. The five-week class is just $15 per sport (fee waivers available), if your child requires 1:1 support please let us know.
