Art Therapy Wellness Group

Join the LIFE Program for a four-week Saturday program designed for children ages 6–8 and their caregivers who enjoy artistic expression and creative exploration. Through hands-on art activities, participants will have opportunities to release release stress, engage their senses and discover new ways to express themselves in a supportive and welcoming environment.
This program also invites parents and caregivers to participate alongside their child, helping to deepen connection and strengthen relationships through shared creativity. Activities are process-based and accessible, with neurodivergence and exceptionalities welcomed and celebrated.
Dates: January 31, February 7, February 21, and February 28
Session Times:
Group 1: 10:00–10:45 AM
Group 2: 11:15 AM–12:00 PM
Cost: $20 registration fee for the full session Fee waivers are available. Space is limited.
