Transition Planning Workshop: Panel Presentation and Q&A

The RCC/SSCY Family Network and the Manitoba FASD Family Network would like to invite you to attend a panel presentation and Q&A session from Continuity Care, Inclusion Winnipeg, and Community Living Manitoba.

The hybrid event is open to anyone who supports children and youth with disabilities, including service providers; however, due to limited in-person capacity, priority will be given to parents and caregivers. a light snack and a door prize draw will be available for those attending in-person.
