Annual Family Retreat

What to expect at the Family Retreat
In the morning, families will split up into three groups:
- Parents connect with other parents in a parent-led support group,
- Kids enjoy recreation activities with a caregiver/support person,
- Siblings ages 7-15 can join a Sibshops workshop.
Following a pizza lunch catered by Camp Manitou, activities will be available for the whole family to enjoy together, including low ropes course, zipline, accessible canoeing/kayaking (weather dependent), bonfire & bannock making.
