Join the Family Network for the next Parent to Parent Café (a parent support group led by parents). The goal of this group is to build a community of support and facilitate an opportunity for parents to get to know other parents. This session will focus on navigating friendships, socialization and recreation opportunities for children and youth with disabilities. All are welcome!
Topic: My child is moving to a new school next year – now what? An informal discussion to ask questions, share what works (and what doesn’t), and talk about supports and challenges during school transitions.
