Yoga for Youth Program

Join our yoga instructor Catherine for a welcoming five-week yoga program designed specifically for children and youth with disabilities, offering a safe and supportive space to explore movement, build confidence, and improve body awareness. Participants will learn adaptable yoga poses and gentle stretches, while also practicing calming breathing and relaxation techniques. A fun and accessible experience for all skill levels!
