Active Sundays
SSCY Centre 1155 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MBJoin the LIFE Program and stay active with Workout & Boccia Group! Designed for youth ages 10-20 of all ability levels, this group offers a supportive environment with 3:1 ratio of participant to recreational support worker. Activities include stretching, aerobics, cardio, strength exercises and ends with a friendly game of boccia. The five-week class is just $15 per sport (fee waivers available), if your child requires 1:1 support please let us know.

Building Circles of Support: An Educational Series on FASD
SSCY Centre 1155 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MBThe Manitoba FASD Centre’s Building Circles of Support is an educational series on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). The information series is for parents, caregivers, other family members, and professionals who support children and youth 17 years old and younger recently seen or diagnosed at the Manitoba FASD Centre. Our Fall 2025 series will run every Thursday from 1-3 PM for 8 weeks. All sessions will be at SSCY Centre, 1155 Notre Dame Ave. Winnipeg, MB. A different topic will be discussed each week. We encourage you to commit to attend for the entire 8 weeks.
