Building Circles of Support
Building Circles of Support is a free 8-week educational series about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). This learning opportunity is for parents, caregivers, family members, and service providers looking to increase their knowledge and enhance their support of children or youth with FASD.

Overview
The Building Circles of Support program is offered twice a year. A fall session is held in person at SSCY Centre and a spring session is held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Topics often include, but are not limited to:
- What does it mean that my child/youth has FASD?
- How will FASD affect their behavior, school experience, and social interactions?
- How can I help others understand my child/youth?
- How can I help my child/youth understand their diagnosis?
- How can I help my child/youth understand and develop their strengths?
A different topic is presented each week and attendance at all 8 sessions is encouraged.
