During your visits to RCC/SSCY Centre we will ask for information about you that is important to your care. We use an electronic medical record (EMR) to save your information. The EMR saves all of your information in a secure password-protected electronic database. It is easier for RCC and SSCY Centre staff to give you better care if they can look at all of your information in one place.
